Basics of Pinocchio Village Haus
Pinocchio Village Haus is a quick service restaurant at Magic Kingdom specializing in Italian food. Guests on a Disney Dining Plan (returning 2024) will spend one quick service credit for an entree and a drink from the restaurant.
Pinocchio Village Haus is typically open from around 11AM until a few hours before park close. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner and has largely identical menus for both. It does not take Disney World Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs).
The restaurant is located in “Old” Fantasyland, just behind the carrousel and next to “it’s a small world.” It’s easy to find if you’re looking for it, but easy to miss if you’re just walking through the area.
Pinocchio Village Haus Review Summary

Go-To Item — All-Meat Flatbread
Go-To Dessert — Malasada
Pro-Tip — Grab a seat overlooking “it’s a small world”
Pinocchio Village Haus Menu
Pinocchio Village Haus serves Disney’s famously unique Italian-flavored foods. Personally I have no gripe against Disney’s Italian offerings, but from a “foodie” perspective I understand how theme parking the American version of Italian foods takes you pretty far from “Italian food.”
The menu has simplified in recent years and now consists mainly of flatbreads, with a Chicken Caesar Salad and Chicken Strips bring the main alternatives.
Seating at Pinocchio Village Haus
Most of the seating is indoors, with a few tables in an outdoor patio area. There is a “main dining room” adjacent to the service counter, along with several smaller dining rooms. I honestly don’t visit here enough to say whether it gets overcrowded, but I suspect it does a fine job managing its crowds given the amount of seating.
The highlight of the seating is a set of seats that overlook “it’s a small world.” While these are sort of cool seats, they’re also coveted and see slow turnover because people get distracted watching the boats. Here’s a look at the view:
Theming
Pinocchio Village Haus is themed to The Little Mermaid.
No, it’s themed to Pinocchio. Off of the main dining room are smaller rooms, each named after a different Pinocchio character.
The architecture of the inside of the building is pretty cool, but the theming is pretty much limited to things painted on the wall. This is fine, considering its a quick service restaurant in a theme park, but it’s worth noting, by comparison, some of the cool items at Harbour House and Casey’s.
But there is one really cool item. There’s a “wish book” where you can write your wish. Okay, maybe it’s not “really” cool, it’s a nice touch.
Does Pinocchio appear at Pinocchio Village Haus?
No. Despite the name of the restaurant, this is not a character meal, and Pinocchio does not appear.
Conclusions
If you want a flatbread, then Pinocchio Village Haus is probably a good option. There’s also ample indoor seating, including the limited seats overlook “it’s a small world.”
